Superset 1:

Hip Adduction 3x20

Hip Abduction 3x20

Superset 2:

Prone Leg Curl 3x12

Leg Extensions 3x12

Superset 3:

V Squat 3x10

Standing Calf Raises 3x20

Weighted DB Lunges - 100

20 minutes on the stair stepper

so… I think I decided that I want to run a 5k on Thanksgiving morning… so that’s my new goal. I’ve never been much of a runner so this will be a challenge.. I really have no idea where to start! But I’m excited!
