Wednesday’s Leg Workout

Squat 4 x10
Superset:
Prone Leg Curl 4x10
Leg Extensions 4x10
Superset:
Leg Press 4x10
Seated Calf Raises 4x20
Stair stepper 20 minutes

I’m enjoying my workouts… I get the lifting done in 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes on the stair stepper and then I’m out! I like hour workout outs… Don’t know if I should be switching up my workouts more often or what to prevent plateauing …@johnson feel free to add your input :)
