Got back in the gym today!! It was a tough/long workout! But it was much needed!!!

My workout was:

Superset 1:

Lying Leg Curls 3x15

Crossover Reverse Lunge 3x15 per leg

Superset 2:

Seated Leg Curl 3x15

DB Step Ups 3x15

Superset 3:

One-Legged Glute Kickback Machine 3x20 per leg

Deep Squat 3x15

Exercises:

Deadlift 3x15

Lunges 3x15 per leg
